Double Flower Card Instructions 🌸

Supplies Needed:

• Colored cardstock (4 1/4” x 5 1/2”) – base

• White cardstock (two pieces: 4” x 5 1/4”)

• Double flower die

• Flower stamps and coordinating dies

• Blends or markers

• Ribbon

• Gems and butterfly embellishment

• Adhesive and dimensionals

• Sentiment stamp

Step-by-Step Directions:

1. Create Your Base:

Start with a 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” piece of colored cardstock. This will be your card base.

2. Die Cut and Background Prep:

Take one 4” x 5 1/4” piece of white cardstock. Use the double flower die to cut out the flower shape from this piece.

3. Stamp & Color Your Flowers:

On another piece of white cardstock, stamp two flowers. Color them with your Blends or markers. Then die cut them out and layer them over the corresponding cutout areas on your white card front for dimension.

4. Add the Stems and Leaves:

Stamp, color, and die-cut stems and leaves. Arrange and adhere them to complement your flowers.

5. Add Ribbon:

Wrap a ribbon around the card front and tie it in a bow.

6. Assemble the Layers:

Adhere the decorated white card front onto your colored cardstock base.

7. Embellish:

Add flat pearls, gems, and a butterfly embellishment as desired.

8. Back Panel & Sentiment:

Adhere the second 4” x 5 1/4” piece of white cardstock to the inside back of your card.

Open one of your flowers slightly and stamp your sentiment inside for a hidden surprise.
