Technique of the Week from my Monthly card Camp

the first was done with Water color Crayons, and the Aqua painter
using Watercolor paper
the 2nd was the Bleaching Technique
use a plastic flat container (I used an old stamp container)
fold a paper towel in it and pour a little bleach in it , then use it like a stamp pad, I find it works best on BOLD image stamps and darker color cardstock
